about

Stutter, on Tim'm's "In Security: the Golden Error" project In Security is said, by one critic (Waddie G), to have delivered West's most focused and progressive album to date. As one who struggled with a speech impediment that marks his affirmation of Tim'm over his birth name Timothy, Stutter boldly offers affirmation of an impediment and situates it as a thing to be proud of. Notable, many stutter support groups have reference the song as a way of inspiring kids who struggle with stutters, recognizing a community of some of the most profound voices of our time (e.g., James Earl Jones) who also struggled with stuttering. The track was produced by Cincinnati's DJ SirRah who has offered various contributions to Tim'm's catalog.
